The creation of the Lisboa Boat Show in 2002 by way of the entrance of Nauticampo in the IFBSO - International Federation of Boat Show Organizers, was a mark in history for the boating sector.

The IFBSO brings together 51 of the most important organizers of boating shows in the world. Its members are distributed throughout 29 countries across 4 continents and have as their mission to promote "boating" as a way of life.
After the integration of the Lisboa Boat Show in Nauticampo for the past 6 years, it is time to take a new route by means of the consolidation of the sector in an event dedicated to recreational boating.
The great challenge for 2010 is to make the Lisboa Boat Show autonomous and to revitalize events which place Lisbon in the international itinerary of the organizing European cities of Boat Shows.
Revitalizing the Lisboa Boat Show is one of the objectives of this event, counting on the support of the various Federations and Associations connected to the boating world all over the country, exhibiting companies who see these events as the stage of promotion for their brand names and others who can be the driving force/prescribers for the sector.
For the first time, the organizing body commits to carrying out a Pre-Inauguration, an exclusive day for VIP guests, Exhibitors and the Press.
